As a tutor, I understand and respect that every learner has their own learning style, strength and limitation. By tailoring my teaching method to the learning needs of my students, I am able to meet them halfway through the learning journey. For instance, while providing chemistry tuition that involves solving complex formulas and understanding scientific principles, I tend to cross check my students’ knowledge of the previous topics while teaching them the current lesson. This way, they learn things without merely memorizing them and ensure upkeep of knowledge retention. Likewise, when I am providing chemistry lessons, I’ve always kept in mind that most students struggle with this subject so my task as their tutor is to provide them with an avenue where they can see Chemistry problems more of a real life situation and not just equations. Even with Biology tuition, I consistently expose students to a variety of application questions pertaining to respective topics, imbibing them with relevant answering technique skills to score for national examinations.

Our weekly up-to-date classes are curated specially for secondary levels (IP and ‘O’ Levels). Coupled with my personalized distinction scoring notes and materials, students coached by me will understand the fundamentals of the subject, utilize concepts to complex Biology problems and craft quality answers to do well in examinations.
My weekly up-to-date classes are curated specially for Year 5-6 and JC 1 – JC 2 levels. In these progressive classes, students will be drilled constantly with crossed topic references, imbibe with A* strategies to tackle a variety of complex Biology questions and develop quality problem-solving skills to propel them towards their desired A grade.
My intensive crash courses are held in June, Sept/Oct onwards and are uniquely catered to students who need a refreshment towards major topics for examinations. These intensive classes will be complemented with concise summary notes and quality answering techniques. Students are exposed to recent year prelim papers & questions from various top schools as well as challenging questions compiled only at Pamela’s Place.

Quizzes would be implemented from time to time to monitor the learning progress of students. This is to highlight key areas that requires attention and to administer timely remedy so as to improve learning consistently.
Learning from textbooks and school notes can be overwhelming. For easier study and revision, I have compiled first-class notes with key standard quality answers and cross-topic learning for wholesome revision.
I understand that revision and learning occurs even outside of tuition hours. Hence, I highly recommend students to clarify their doubts and understanding after classes or even through Whatsapp anytime, any place.
