We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative and financial tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for maintaining efficiency in an education environment.
Proven experience in an administrative or accounts-related role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a dynamic work environment.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
